Terms & Conditions

By joining the Lingo Project and choosing a payment plan, you agree to these rules.
All plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Please note that you are required to sign the terms and conditions agreement located at the end of this page to participate in our program.

About Our Program

  1. When Class Access Starts

    • You get access to your class and materials after you finish enrollment and make your first payment.

  2. What Your Payment Includes

    • Your payment gives you:

      • Your language class

      • Online class materials

    • You keep this access for the time you paid for.

  3. Each location may be on a different class number or lesson. It is the student’s responsibility to ask which class number is currently being taught at their selected location before making a payment or attending their first class.

  4. All materials, curriculum, lessons, presentations, videos, documents, and content presented by The Lingo Project are legally protected intellectual property and proprietary materials. These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, recorded, published, or sold without prior written authorization from The Lingo Project.

      • If you pass, you move to the next level.

      • If not, you repeat the level.

      • Repeating a level does not change your payment plan.

  3. Attendance and Promotion

    • You must come to class regularly. Poor attendance may mean repeating the level.

Cost Variations

  1. Class costs may vary depending on the schedule and the availability of the assigned instructor. In some cases, it may be necessary to hire professional teachers, which could result in an increase in the program cost.

Community & Conduct

  1. Students must be respectful to classmates and teachers. If a student behaves badly or creates a harmful environment, they may be removed with no refund.

Communication

  1. Students must check their email or messages for updates about classes, payments, or schedules. Make sure our messages do not go to spam.
