Key Program Elements​

The Lingo Project integrates fundamental activities into its classes that foster learning and connection among participants. Below, are two important components in the development of our activities:

• Prayer (Time for Spiritual Reflection): At the beginning or end of each class, we dedicate a special moment to prayer or reflection, a space to strengthen our spiritual connection, create an atmosphere of peace and reflection, and provide emotional support to participants. This time of prayer is voluntary and adapted according to each individual's beliefs and values. Prayers can be led by the facilitators or by the participants themselves, as desired. ​

• Connection Time: "Connection time" is a space where participants have the opportunity to interact in a more personal and meaningful way, sharing their experiences, thoughts, and feelings. This time also fosters teamwork, mutual support, and the strengthening of interpersonal relationships within the group. It is an integral part of the project, allowing participants to establish deeper connections and develop a sense of community.
